Shrimp & Lobster Salad with Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing

Instructions
  1. To make dressing add avocado, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and water to food processor and blend together until smooth.
  2. If too thick, add additional water to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Cut each shrimp into 3 pieces and each lobster tail into 6 pieces.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Add shrimp and lobster and stir fry until just cooked through. Remove from skillet and drain on a paper towel.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, shrimp, and lobster. Add dressing and toss well.
Recipe Notes

Can also add bacon and/or quartered hard boiled eggs.
