Fish Tacos with Cilantro Lime Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 pound cod filet
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning (see recipe)
- 2 cups cilantro lime slaw (see recipe)
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
- Wash and pat dry cod filet. Sprinkle and rub in 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning on each side of the filet. Cut filet into 8 pieces.
- Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add cod pieces and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Flip the fish, and cook an additional 2 - 3 minutes. Remove fish from the pan.
- To assemble tacos, place cilantro slaw on a corn tortilla, and add a piece of fish. Top with Pico de Gallo.
