  1. Wash and pat dry cod filet. Sprinkle and rub in 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning on each side of the filet. Cut filet into 8 pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a sauté pan. Add cod pieces and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Flip the fish, and cook an additional 2 – 3 minutes. Remove fish from the pan.
  3. To assemble tacos, place cilantro slaw on a corn tortilla, and add a piece of fish. Top with Pico de Gallo.
