Burrito Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning (see recipe)
- 1 15 ounce can black beans drained
- 1 8.75 ounce can sweet corn drained
- guacamole (see recipe)
- 3 green onions chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Sprinkle both sides of the steak with taco seasoning.
- Grill the steak to desired doneness, and let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
- Put shredded lettuce in the bottom of large bowls. Add steak, black beans, corn, guacamole, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Garnish with salsa and/or hot sauce.
