black beans

guacamole
(see recipe)

green onions
chopped

tomatoes

shredded lettuce
1/2
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Sprinkle both sides of the steak with taco seasoning.
Grill the steak to desired doneness, and let rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Put shredded lettuce in the bottom of large bowls. Add steak, black beans, corn, guacamole, cheese, tomatoes, and green onions.
Garnish with salsa and/or hot sauce.
