Steak and Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 1 pound top sirloin diced
- 8 ounces ham diced
- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 8 - 10 cloves garlic minced
- 4 - 5 green onions sliced in one inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil

Instructions
- Season diced steak with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried basil. Rub seasonings into the meat and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep skillet.
- Add diced ham, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are cooked, stiring frequently.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a separate skillet.
- Sauté steak until no longer pink.
- Add cooked steak to mushrooms and mix well. Stir in green onions and remove from heat.
- Serve over rice.
