Sautéed Kale
Instructions
- Remove kale from the stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash kale and dry thoroughly.
- Heat olive oil in sauté pan. Add mushrooms, shallot, and garlic. Sauté, stirring for 1 - 2 minutes.
- Add kale and continue stirring until kale is wilted and mixed with the mushrooms and shallot. Stir in vinegar and remove from heat.
