mushrooms

kale

olive oil

champagne or rice wine vinegar
Instructions
Remove kale from the stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash kale and dry thoroughly.
Heat olive oil in sauté pan. Add mushrooms, shallot, and garlic. Sauté, stirring for 1 – 2 minutes.
Add kale and continue stirring until kale is wilted and mixed with the mushrooms and shallot. Stir in vinegar and remove from heat.
