Romesco Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 large roasted red bell pepper (from a jar)
- 1 clove garlic smashed
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley
- 2 Tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except olive oil to a food processor. Process until ingredients are finely chopped.
- Add half of the olive oil. Process until smooth.
- Add the remaining olive oil and salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
