Italian Squash with Tomato Basil Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 leaves fresh basil
- 1 8 ounce tomato sauce

Instructions
- Cut zucchini and yellow squash in half lengthwise. Slice each half into 4 pieces lengthwise, then quarter those slices.
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add olive oil, vegetables, and garlic. Stir fry vegetables until soft and a little brown.
- Add tomato sauce and basil. Stir to mix through and cook 2 additional minutes.
