Ingredients
- 1 14.5 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained with liquid reserved
- 4 Tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- paprika

Instructions
- Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Grind until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil, and 1/4 cup chickpea liquid. Process until creamy.
- Continue to blend in additional chickpea liquid until desired consistency.
- Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with paprika.
