  1. Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Grind until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, and 1/4 cup chickpea liquid. Process until creamy.
  3. Continue to blend in additional chickpea liquid until desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with paprika.
