chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
drained with liquid reserved

Tbsp
tahini

cloves
garlic
chopped

tsp
ground cumin
1
tsp
ground coriander
1/2
tsp
kosher salt
1/8
tsp
red pepper flakes

Tbsp
olive oil
juice of 1
lemon
paprika
Instructions
Combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Grind until smooth.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, and 1/4 cup chickpea liquid. Process until creamy.
Continue to blend in additional chickpea liquid until desired consistency.
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with paprika.
