Carne Asada Tacos

Ingredients
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 jalapeno pepper diced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 pound top round steak
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 4 ounces crumbled queso fresco (optional)
- 1 cup pickled red onion (optional)

Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Mix well.
- Add steak and make sure it is well coated. Refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours or overnight (longer is better).
- Grill steak and slice into thin strips.
- Add steak to a corn tortilla and sprinkle cilantro over the top. Top with queso fresco and pickled red onion.
