top round steak

corn tortillas

fresh cilantro leaves

ounces
crumbled queso fresco
(optional)

pickled red onion
(optional)
Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag. Mix well.
Add steak and make sure it is well coated. Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or overnight (longer is better).
Grill steak and slice into thin strips.
Add steak to a corn tortilla and sprinkle cilantro over the top. Top with queso fresco and pickled red onion.
