Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 medium onions diced
- 1 Tbs dry mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 4 ounce jars sliced mushrooms drained
- 2 pounds sirloin steak cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 pint sour cream

Instructions
- Combine butter, onion, dry mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper in a deep skillet. Cook over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes stirring frequently.
- Stir in beef and cook for 4 - 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Cover and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in sour cream. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
- Serve over hot buttered noodles.
