sliced mushrooms
drained

sirloin steak
cut in 1-inch cubes

pint
sour cream
Instructions
Combine butter, onion, dry mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper in a deep skillet. Cook over medium heat for 3 – 4 minutes stirring frequently.
Stir in beef and cook for 4 – 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Cover and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix in sour cream. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
