diced cooked turkey
(can substitute chicken)

celery
diced

green onions
chopped
1/3
cup
chopped fresh parsley
juice of 1 lemon

Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine turkey, celery, green onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, parsley, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Mix well and let stand 30 minutes.
Add mayonnaise and stir well.
