Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together turkey, shallot, green onions, bell pepper, mustard, brown sugar, and ketchup.
  3. Mix in bread crumbs in batches until just enough to make the mixture hold together.
  4. Spray a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray. Add mixture to the pan and press down firmly to even out the meatloaf in the pan.
  5. Cover top of meatloaf with ketchup and sprinkle with celery salt.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.

  • This is a delicious meat loaf–full of flavor! I made enough for left-overs which we enjoyed the next day. It’s quick and nutritious.
