Tara’s Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl until well combined. Cover and chill for about 15 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll mixture into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
- Keep stored in refrigerator for up to one week (can also be frozen).
