Ingredients

cup
nut butter
(peanut, almond, or cashew)
2/3
cup
coconut flakes
unsweetened
1/2
cup
ground flax seed
1/2
cup
oats
1/4
cup
honey

Tbsp
chia seeds
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl until well combined. Cover and chill for about 15 minutes.
Once chilled, roll mixture into balls about 1-inch in diameter.
Keep stored in refrigerator for up to one week (can also be frozen).
