Stir Fried Pork Tenderloin with Black Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin sliced into 1 inch pieces
- 1 small onion thinly sliced
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 serrano pepper seeded and cut into 4 pieces
- 1/4 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat oil over medium heat in wok or deep skillet. Sauté onion for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add pork tenderloin and stir to mix well with the onion.
- Add black pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir fry thoroughly until pork is cooked.
- Add peppers and green onion. Mix well and remove from heat. Serve over brown rice.
