  1. Heat oil over medium heat in wok or deep skillet. Sauté onion for 2 – 3 minutes.
  2. Add pork tenderloin and stir to mix well with the onion.
  3. Add black pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir fry thoroughly until pork is cooked.
  4. Add peppers and green onion. Mix well and remove from heat. Serve over brown rice.
