Spaghetti with Shrimp and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound box spaghetti
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 20 -24 cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti per package directions.
- When spaghetti is about halfway cooked, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once oil is hot, add shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Turn shrimp over and add garlic. Cook for another 1 – 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and basil and cook for another 2 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Drain spaghetti and plate into individual servings. Spoon shrimp and tomato mixture over the spaghetti.
