Seasoned Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 pounds fresh green beans cleaned and stemmed
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/16 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp ghee

Instructions
- Blanch the green beans (cook in salted boiling water) for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and put green beans in cold water to stop cooking.
- Drain water and pat dry the green beans with paper towels.
- In a large skillet, heat ghee over medium-high heat to melting point. Add green beans.
- Add all seasonings and stir green beans to distribute seasonings.
- Reduce heat and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
