  1. Blanch the green beans (cook in salted boiling water) for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and put green beans in cold water to stop cooking.
  2. Drain water and pat dry the green beans with paper towels.
  3. In a large skillet, heat ghee over medium-high heat to melting point. Add green beans.
  4. Add all seasonings and stir green beans to distribute seasonings.
  5. Reduce heat and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
