Mushroom Steak

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 10.5 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk (can also use water)

Instructions
- Season steak with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and basil. Rub seasonings into the meat.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet. Sauté steak until no longer pink.
- Add mushroom soup and milk. Stir to mix well.
- Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
