  1. Season steak with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and basil. Rub seasonings into the meat.
  2. Heat oil in a deep skillet. Sauté steak until no longer pink.
  3. Add mushroom soup and milk. Stir to mix well.
  4. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice.
