Instructions
  1. In a large ziploc bag add vinegar, mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary. Shake to combine.
  2. Add chicken and olives and swish around to ensure all chicken is coated with the marinade. Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 375.
  4. Transfer chicken and marinade into a 9 x 13 baking dish making a single layer.
  5. Pour wine into the baking dish. Bake for 90 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with slivered almond after removing from oven.
