Ingredients

shrimp
peeled and deveined

taco seasoning
(see recipe)

ancho chili powder

olive oil

corn tortillas
cilantro lime slaw
(see recipe)
Instructions
Add taco seasoning, ancho powder, and olive oil to a Ziploc bag. Shake well.
Add shrimp and mix well to coat. Marinate shrimp for 15 – 20 minutes.
Place shrimp on skewers and grill.
Build tacos by putting slaw on warmed corn tortillas and placing shrimp on top.
