Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place sliced lemons on a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the salmon flesh side up on top of the sliced lemons.
  3. Mix the seasonings and the olive oil in a small bowl and pour over salmon.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish, then lay the rosemary sprigs on top.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes uncovered until fish is cooked through.
