Four Ingredient Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
Basic Bars
- 2 bananas
- 3 Tbsp walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups oatmeal
Optional Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 Tbsp dates chopped
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tsp raw pumpkin seeds

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl until creamy.
- Add chopped nuts and any optional ingredients and mix well.
- Add nut butter and mix well.
- Add oatmeal and combine thoroughly.
- Spray 5x8 or 8x8 pan with nonstick spray and pour mixture into pan. Pat down until firm.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into squares.
Recipe Notes
Note: Protein powder will absorb a lot of the moisture from the bananas and may require more peanut butter to prevent the mixture from being too dry.
