Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Add chopped nuts and any optional ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add nut butter and mix well.
  5. Add oatmeal and combine thoroughly.
  6. Spray 5x8 or 8x8 pan with nonstick spray and pour mixture into pan. Pat down until firm.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into squares.
Recipe Notes

Note:  Protein powder will absorb a lot of the moisture from the bananas and may require more peanut butter to prevent the mixture from being too dry.
