Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Add chopped nuts and any optional ingredients and mix well.
  4. Add nut butter and mix well.
  5. Add oatmeal and combine thoroughly.
  6. Spray 5×8 or 8×8 pan with nonstick spray and pour mixture into pan. Pat down until firm.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 22 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into squares.
Recipe Notes

Note:  Protein powder will absorb a lot of the moisture from the bananas and may require more peanut butter to prevent the mixture from being too dry.
