Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Wash hens inside and out. Pat dry.
  4. Fill the cavity of each hen with wild rice stuffing. Use a toothpick to secure the skin and drumsticks around the stuffing.
  5. Place hens in a roasting dish. Rub hens with olive oil. Sprinkle the herb mixture over the hens.
  6. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes (or internal temperature of 165 degrees).
