Coconut Rice

Ingredients
- 1 13.6 ounce can coconut cream
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp lime zest (optional)
- 2 cups jasmine rice

Instructions
- Bring water and coconut cream to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add rice and lime zest. Stir.
- Cover and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
