coconut cream

water

lime zest
(optional)

jasmine rice
Instructions
Bring water and coconut cream to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Add rice and lime zest. Stir.
Cover and reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
