Chinese Style BBQ Pork

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp tamari
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp five spice powder

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except pork in a large Ziploc bag. Mix well.
- Add pork to the bag, moving it around to ensure it is coated on all sides. Marinate pork in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, or up to 48 hours (longer is better).
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove pork from the bag and place it on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pour marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Remove pork from the oven and brush with marinade. Turn pork over and brush liberally with marinade. Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove pork from the oven and brush with marinade. Turn pork over and brush liberally with marinade. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve over stir fried Napa cabbage (see recipe) or lo mein noodles.
