Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except pork in a large Ziploc bag. Mix well.
  2. Add pork to the bag, moving it around to ensure it is coated on all sides. Marinate pork in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, or up to 48 hours (longer is better).
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Remove pork from the bag and place it on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, pour marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. Remove pork from the oven and brush with marinade. Turn pork over and brush liberally with marinade. Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Remove pork from the oven and brush with marinade. Turn pork over and brush liberally with marinade. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve over stir fried Napa cabbage (see recipe) or lo mein noodles.
