Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed fresh Italian parsley trimmed of thick stems
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano (or 2 tsp dried)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro trimmed of thick stems
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until blended. Add more olive oil as needed to get desired consistency.
