Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 stalk diced celery
- 1 4 ounce can diced mild green chiles
- 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 15 ounce can mild chili beans (optional)
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 15 ounce can water
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a Dutch oven until crumbly. Remove from the pan and drain.
- Add onion and celery to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in drained ground beef.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, chiles, and optional chili beans. Stir well.
- Add all spices along with the water and vinegar. Mix well.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 - 3 hours.
