water

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a Dutch oven until crumbly. Remove from the pan and drain.
Add onion and celery to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
Stir in drained ground beef.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, chiles, and optional chili beans. Stir well.
Add all spices along with the water and vinegar. Mix well.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 – 3 hours.
