Chicken with Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken legs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 links Italian sausage cut into 1-inch pieces
- 15 - 20 baby potatoes halved (or larger potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces)
- salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Using paper towels, pat chicken dry. Trim off excess skin and fat and lightly salt and pepper both sides of the chicken.
- Heat oil in oven proof skillet over medium heat on the stove. Add chicken skin side down. Cook 12 – 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn chicken over and sprinkle the sausage and potatoes around the pan.
- Transfer skillet to the oven. Cook for 25 – 30 minutes.
