Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add steak, soy sauce, black pepper, corn starch, and baking soda. Mix well to combine.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the beef glaze. Stir well to combine.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. Add olive oil and beef mixture to the pan. Stir fry until the beef is slightly crispy on both sides. Remove from pan.
  5. Add garlic, onions, and bell pepper. Stir fry until softened.
  6. Pour in beef glaze and stir. Bring to a boil.
  7. Add the beef and green onions and stir to combine well.
  8. Remove from heat. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
