Ingredients
Beef Marinade
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak (sliced into thin strips against the grain)
- 3 tsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 medium red bell pepper (sliced into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 medium white onion (halved and sliced into quarters)
- 3 green onions (sliced into 2 inch pieces)
- seseme seeds (optional)
Beef Glaze
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch (mixed with 1 Tbsp of water)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, add steak, soy sauce, black pepper, corn starch, and baking soda. Mix well to combine.
- In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the beef glaze. Stir well to combine.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add olive oil and beef mixture to the pan. Stir fry until the beef is slightly crispy on both sides. Remove from pan.
- Add garlic, onions, and bell pepper. Stir fry until softened.
- Pour in beef glaze and stir. Bring to a boil.
- Add the beef and green onions and stir to combine well.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
