BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions
- Wisk all the spices together in a 1 ½ quart saucepan.
- Wisk in the brown sugar ensuring that it has mixed well with the spices.
- Add vinegar, molasses, and tomato sauce. Wisk well to ensure the spices have all been incorporated.
- Bring to a boil over a medium high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer.
- Simmer 20 minutes whisking every 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat. Cool and place in container.
