dark brown sugar

cayenne pepper

ground allspice

dry mustard

ground turmeric

ground ginger
Instructions
Wisk all the spices together in a 1 ½ quart saucepan.
Wisk in the brown sugar ensuring that it has mixed well with the spices.
Add vinegar, molasses, and tomato sauce. Wisk well to ensure the spices have all been incorporated.
Bring to a boil over a medium high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer.
Simmer 20 minutes whisking every 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Cool and place in container.
