BBQ Chicken in Foil

Ingredients
- 4 chicken quarters skin removed
- 2 Tbsp BBQ rub (see recipe)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (see recipe)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place each chicken quarter on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle BBQ rub over each chicken quarter. Rub it into the meat.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce over each chicken quarter.
- Fold the aluminum foil around each chicken quarter and seal shut.
- Place the foil packets on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove chicken from foil packets and brush the top with additional BBQ sauce.
