Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place each chicken quarter on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Sprinkle BBQ rub over each chicken quarter. Rub it into the meat.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce over each chicken quarter.
  5. Fold the aluminum foil around each chicken quarter and seal shut.
  6. Place the foil packets on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove chicken from foil packets and brush the top with additional BBQ sauce.
