Avocado Crostini with Crab

Ingredients
- 2 avocados diced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 poblano pepper in adobo sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 baguette
- 1 6 ounce can jumbo lump crab meat drained

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Diagonally cut the baguette into 10 - 12 one-inch thick slices.
- Place bread slices on a cookie sheet. Brush the top with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Mash avocados in a large bowl. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Seed and mash poblano pepper. Add to avocado and mix well.
- Spread avocado mixture on cooled bread slices. Top each crostini with crab meat.
