Ingredients

avocados
diced
juice of 1 lemon

poblano pepper in adobo sauce

Tbsp
olive oil

baguette

6 ounce can
jumbo lump crab meat
drained
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Diagonally cut the baguette into 10 – 12 one-inch thick slices.
Place bread slices on a cookie sheet. Brush the top with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Mash avocados in a large bowl. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Seed and mash poblano pepper. Add to avocado and mix well.
Spread avocado mixture on cooled bread slices. Top each crostini with crab meat.
