Turkey Joes
This is a healthier version of my Mom’s sloppy joe recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp diced red bell pepper
- 1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp reduced sugar ketchup
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
- 6 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Brown meat, onion, and bell pepper together.
- Mix in rest of ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Spoon onto buns.
