ground turkey

red bell pepper

diced carrot

chili powder

crushed tomatoes

15 ounce can
red kidney beans

brown sugar
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven.
Add garlic and green onions. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Add turkey, breaking up meat with a spoon until browned.
Add chili powder. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Add tomatoes, kidney beans, bell pepper, carrot, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
